Folk Art Primitive Wool Hooked Rug Pillow ~ Primitive Red Heart ~ ***

This very primitive and one of a kind heart pillow measures in at 8.5 x 6.5" and I absolutely love the way it turned out!

Warm, happy, and a wonderful piece of folk art to leave out year round. Hand dyed Irish oat colors were used for the background and a nice mix of worn red for the heart.

Perfectly primitive in every way.

All of the wool was hand dyed by myself in my New England home studio. This pillow has been backed with a nice coordinating antique red wool and stuffed with wool fabric scraps for an old fashioned primitive and heavy feel.
