Squirrel and Acorn - Primitive Folk Art Wool Hooked Rug Pillow

Squirrel and Acorn Pillow 9 1/2" x 7 1/2".

All pillows are hooked on rug hooking linen using hand dyed wools I dyed myself in my home studio.

My wool strips are cut by hand, one at a time for a primitive, old fashioned look and feel. I stuff each pillow with wool and linen bits and back the pillow with a piece of coordinating hand dyed wool.

No two pillows are ever alike and many of my pieces are one of a kind. Attention to detail, every step of the way.
