Primitive Wool Folk Art Hooked Rug Pillow ~ Dove ~ Early Style

Made by my hands, this 11" x 9" primitive dove pillow was hooked on linen. I used antique blacks for the background and a beautiful assortment of dirty whites for the dove.

Perfectly primitive in every way.

This rug was hooked in my New England studio using 100% hand dyed wool. The sweet little pillow is backed with a worn black wool as well.
