Primitive Folk Art Wool Hooked Rug Plump Blue Chicken PILLOW ~ Early Style ~

This plump blue chicken pillow was hooked by my hands in my New England studio with all hand dyed wool I dyed myself.

My favorite mixture of blue wool strips were used for the chicken as well as a combination of creams for her underbelly. Worn black and charcoal wool was used for the background.

This primitive pillow measures in at 14" x 13.5" and is backed in hand dyed wool and stuffed firm with wool scraps.

A great addition to any primitive collection, especially for the chicken collector. Hooked on linen and perfectly primitive in every way.
