Primitive Folk Art Wool 1829 Valentine Heart Tree Hooked Rug ~ Early Style ~

This incredibly primitive Valentine heart tree rug was hooked by my hands in my New England studio using 100% hand dyed wool.

This rug has an incredibly old world look to it and measures in at 18" x 13". Hooked on linen with strips of cream colored clam shell wool for the background and primitive and cottage pinks for the Valentine hearts.
