Primitive Folk Art Wool Hooked Rug Plump Plymouth Rock Chicken PILLOW

This plump Plymouth rock chicken pillow was hooked by my hands in my New England studio with all hand dyed wool I dyed myself.

My favorite mixture of antique red and worn black wool strips were used for the background and the chicken was hooked with a dirty white and antique black.

This primitive pillow measures in at 13" x 11 1/2" and is backed in hand dyed wool and stuffed firm with wool scraps.

A great addition to any primitive collection, especially for the chicken collector. Hooked on linen and perfectly primitive in every way.
